Mike Allen has an article in the WaPo today quoting Republican sources explaining why it's possible no crime was committed when a senior Bush administration official disclosed the identity of an undercover CIA operative. For some analysis on this article and this argument please see both Josh Marshall and Mark Kleiman. Of course Glenn Reynolds would have you ignore any analysis by anyone who wants to see Bush defeated. He doesn't bother to refute the arguments they give, it's enough for him to attack the person and ignore the objective reasoning. Kleiman responds effectively to Reynolds' childish ad hominem attack in the last four paragraphs of this post.
